前言

本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標準化工作導則第1部分:標準化文件的結構和起草規則》的規

定起草。

本文件代替GB/T26350—2010《蠅類抗藥性檢測方法家蠅生物測定法》,與GB/T26350—

2010相比,除結構調整和編輯性改動外,主要技術變化如下:

a)增加了術語“敏感品系”“待測種群”“人工飼料混藥法”及其定義(見3.1、3.2、3.6),刪除了術語

“F1代”(見2010年版的2.2),更改了術語“診斷劑量”(見3.3,2010年版的2.1);

b)更改了試蟲、試劑和儀器設備的要求(見第4章~第6章,2010年版的第3章~第5章);

c)更改了測試條件(見第7章,2010年版的第6章);

d)更改了敏感基線法中藥膜法、點滴法的操作步驟(見8.2.1、8.2.2,2010年版的7.2);

e)更改了診斷劑量法中藥膜法、點滴法的操作步驟(見9.2.1、9.2.2,2010年版的8.2);

f)增加了敏感基線法中人工飼料混藥法的操作步驟(見8.2.3);

g)增加了幼蟲的死亡結果判定(見8.3.2);

h)增加了數據處理的表述(見8.4);

i)增加了診斷劑量法中人工飼料混藥法的操作步驟(見9.2.3)。

1范圍

本文件規定了家蠅(Muscadomestica)對有機磷類、氨基甲酸酯類、擬除蟲菊酯類、新煙堿類等殺蟲劑

抗藥性檢測時,試蟲、儀器設備和測試條件的要求,描述了敏感基線法和診斷劑量法的生物測定方法。

本文件適用于家蠅對殺蟲劑抗藥性的實驗室生物測定。

3術語和定義

下列術語和定義適用于本文件。

敏感品系susceptiblestrain

由于未曾接觸過殺蟲劑而保持對殺蟲劑具有敏感狀態,遺傳上較均一的試蟲種群。

從野外(現場)特定地點和時間采集的、需要進行殺蟲劑敏感性測試的目標昆蟲群體。
