1FlowOrder-centeredinformationflow以訂單為中心的信息流3NetworksGlobalsupplychainresourcesnetwork全球供應(yīng)鏈資源網(wǎng)Globaldistributionresourcesnetwork全球配送資源網(wǎng)Computerinformationnetwork計(jì)算機(jī)信息網(wǎng)AtpresentHaierGroupreceivesmorethan6,000salesorderspermonthonaverage,withasmanyas260,000itemstobepurchased.Undersuchcomplexcircumstances,HaierLogisticshas,sinceitsintegrationscheme,reduceditsstagnantmaterialsby73%,warehousespaceby50%andinventorycapitalby67%.ThegoodsdepotofHaierInternationalLogisticsCentrecoversanareaof7,200m2,whereasitsthroughputequalstothatofa300,000m2planewarehouse.目前，海爾集團(tuán)每個(gè)月平均接到6000多個(gè)銷售訂單，需要采購的物料品種達(dá)26萬余種。在這種復(fù)雜的情況下，海爾物流自整合以來，呆滯物資降低了73%，倉庫面積減少50%，庫存資金減少67%。海爾國際物流中心貨區(qū)面積7200平方米，但它的吞吐量卻相當(dāng)于普通平面?zhèn)}庫的30萬平方米。InHaierLogistics,thesameworkloadisperformedbyonly10forkliftdrivers,whereasinanordinarywarehouse,suchworkloadcanonlybedonebyatleastahundreddriversormore.同樣的工作量，海爾物流中心只有10個(gè)叉車司機(jī)，而一般倉庫完成這樣的工作量至少需要上百人。

AsynchronizedprocessinHaierLogisticsisachievedthrough3JITs,namelyJITpurchasing,JITdistributionandJITallocationlogistics.Currentlyallsupplierscan,viaHaier’spurchasingplatform,receiveordersonline,thusshorteningtheorder-placingdurationtowithinonehourfromthe7daysormorepreviously,andwith100%accuracy.海爾物流通過3個(gè)JIT,即JIT采購、JIT配送和JIT分撥物流來實(shí)現(xiàn)同步流程。目前通過海爾的采購平臺(tái)，所有的供應(yīng)商均在網(wǎng)上接受訂單，因而使下達(dá)訂單的周期從原來的7天以上縮短為1小時(shí)內(nèi)，而且準(zhǔn)確率達(dá)100%。Tofulfillthemanagementgoalof“eliminatingspacewithtime”,Haierstartedtoimplementthemostfundamentallogisticselementssuchasunitizationofvessels,containerization,standardization,generalizationandmechanichandlingofmaterials,thusspeedinguptheturnoverofinventorycapital,reducingtheturnoverdurationto12daysfrom30dayspreviouslyandrealizingtheJITone-stoplogistics
